At this time of year, there’s nothing better than snuggling under a blanket with a hot cup of coffee (or mulled wine!) and some tasty treats just like these delicious s’mores inspired cookies! Who doesn’t love s’mores? You can’t beat the combination of graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows.
S’mores cookies are a delicious twist on your favourite campfire treat! If you don’t have the energy to get a campfire going then these cookies are the next best thing. They only take a few minutes to prepare, simply fold graham crackers, chocolate chips and marshmallows into the cake mix, and they bake in only 12 minutes!
If you want to make these even more special instead of incorporating the marshmallows into the cake mix, place them at the centre of the cookie shapes and bake to create a deliciously gooey middle!
Ingredients:
● Betty Crocker cake mix
● 120ml of vegetable oil
● 2 large eggs
● 85g mini chocolate chips
● 60g mini marshmallows
● 100g chopped graham crackers
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 175°C.
Combine the Betty Crocker cake mix, the oil, and eggs in a large bowl.
Add in the chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham crackers and combine.
Use a scoop or place spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet. Make sure to space the cookies 2 inches apart to stop them from sticking together when they expand.
Pop the sheet into the overn and bake for 10-12 minutes.
