When you think of festive alcohol you might jump to mulled wine, eggnog or even hot buttered rum, but have you ever considered something a little bit different for your Christmas party?
These peppermint bark pudding shots as definitely something a bit more exciting and they are super quick and easy to whip up. By simply combining vanilla pudding mix, milk and peppermint vodka with some festive decorations you can offer your guests something really special this year.

Ingredients
1 3oz Box Vanilla Pudding
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cup Peppermint Vodka
16oz Whipped Topping (thawed)
Condiment Cups
Candy Cane (crushed)
Peppermint Bark Pieces
Method:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vodka, milk & pudding mix.
Slowly fold in the whipped topping
Scoop into the condiment cups leaving a little room for expansion and sprinkle with crushed candy cane.
Garnish with a piece of peppermint bark & enjoy!
